The Associate – Design & Transformation (D&T) at EBRD will design and implement change with a focus on elicitation and business case formulation, using Agile techniques. You will own business analysis across the delivery lifecycle on Phase 2 of the Payment Ecosystem project, collaborating with Product Owner, SME, and IT teams to refine a backlog and ensure readiness before development.
You will work across 1–2 change projects, moving towards broader capability support, with exposure to payment
