We are looking for someone who wants to work in a dynamic organisation, that is passionate about inspiring and preparing young people for the transition to the world of work.
- Able to support young people's career learning, planning and development by providing impartial information, advice and guidance (IAG) to students from Year 7 to Year 13 in school, sixth form and college settings.
Also advocating on their behalf when required.
- Experienced in assisting young people into Post 16 and Post 18 Options that includes college, apprenticeships, higher education, voluntary work and PT/FT employment.
- Able to liaise and network with a range of partner agencies, service providers, employers, and training providers.
- Can develop and maintain an understanding of the local labour market and employment opportunities.
- Can support school or college staff in training sessions related to careers education, information, advice and guidance (CEIAG).
- Able to evaluate all activities in terms of impact.
- FE and UCAS experience desirable but not essential.
- The successful candidate will need to work in schools located across Hampshire and the surrounding areas.
Therefore, it is essential for the staff to be able to make their own travel arrangements.
Whilst every effort will be made to ensure travel is kept to a reasonable level unfortunately due to the nature of the business this can not always be guaranteed.

- Working with young people in an educational establishment.
- Working in adult careers.
