Introduction
The role involves the delivery of an efficient and organised reception and administration function.
The individual will play a key role in dealing with incoming and outgoing contact with customers and suppliers while supplying administrative support to key functions within the operation.
What You'll Do
- Take and manage incoming telephone and email traffic to the business, distributing or dealing with queries and enquiries within the scope of the role.
- Process sales orders.
- Perform general office administration duties as required.
- Maintain regular updates of industry best practice and quality management techniques.
- Contact customers to advise of delivery dates on orders.
- Contact customers to ensure accuracy of customer records for marketing purposes.
- Be available to help with any customer enquiry to an agreed timescale.
- Handle sales enquiries within the defined scope of the role.
- Respond to and process sales information requests from dealers and the Sales Administration Team.
