Location: Working across Braeburn Primary and Nursery Academy, Filey Church of England Nursery and Infants Academy, Sherburn Church of England Academy and Luttons Community Primary (and future local site locations)

Salary: £28,598 - £32,597

Contract: 37.5 hours per week, permanent

Own transport and full driving licence is essential to this role.

We are looking for a Regional Site Co‑ordinator to work across a number of our schools. Within this role you will predominantly work at your main hub school while offering support and supervision across the other schools within your area hub.

As the central point of contact for the hub you will play a key role in ensuring a smooth running of the school sites, effective communication and an efficient service to the schools.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the central point of contact for the hub
  • Ensure smooth operation of the school sites
  • Coordinate effective communication among the hub’s schools
  • Provide support and supervision to Site Managers and Caretakers within the hub

  • Highly organised with a strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently while managing a number of priorities
  • Team player, willing to work closely with likeminded people who have the children’s best interests at heart
  • Proven leader, able to support and inspire other Site Managers and Caretakers within the hub
  • Enjoys a hands‑on approach and problem‑solving challenges
