About this Role
Hours: 30 hours per week, Monday - Friday 8:30 - 3:30 with an hour's lunch. To be worked during the school term time.

We are looking for a Receptionist Administrator who is not only organised and efficient but who is also a welcoming face to the school.
About you
- Be confident in using a wide range of IT systems - full training will be provided
- Have strong communication skills
- Be a welcoming first point of contact with the school, whether this is in person or over the telephone
- Have the ability to manage your workload efficiently
- Have excellent record keeping skills, a key part to this role will be to monitor pupils' absences and report on this where necessary
