- Lead projects to integrate and surface the Intelligent Patient Portal through NHS login and the NHS App, ensuring smooth authentication and patient journeys that meet national design and safety standards.
- Work with client digital teams to plan and execute adoption strategies for NHS App and NHS login routes, including communication, training and change management activities for staff and patients.
- Work with the Customer Success team to monitor live usage of the portal, including channel shift, digital uptake, completion rates and impact on call volumes, DNAs and waiting lists; agree actions with clients to improve performance and patient experience.
