What You’ll Do:
- Support Design to Manufacture: Assist in bringing design programmes into manufacture, ensuring products are launched on time, cost‑effective, and of the right quality.
- Occupational behaviour: Develop a mindset of health and safety first, adhering to a disciplined and responsible approach to manage, mitigate and avoid risk.
- Develop Core Engineering Skills: Gain hands‑on experience with various manufacturing techniques, including CAD modelling, CNC machining, and assembly.
- Collaborate with Engineers: Work closely with other engineers and managers to manage projects and improve processes.
- Gain Practical Experience: Participate in on‑the‑job training and learning opportunities to develop technical analysis, process improvements, and collaboration skills.
Training Outcome: On successful completion of the apprenticeship, the candidate can progress to a career in production engineering, sales engineering, project engineering, research and development, supervision and management.
