Eblex Group is supporting a growing rare disease biotech in the search for an Associate Director, Clinical Operations to support the delivery of its clinical development programmes.

This is a broad, hands-on role within a lean biotech environment, working closely with Clinical Development, Medical, Regulatory, CMC, Quality and external partners to deliver clinical studies from planning through to completion.

Key Responsibilities as Associate Director, Clinical Operations:

  • Lead clinical operations across assigned rare disease clinical trials
  • Lead CRO selection, oversight and vendor management
  • Oversee study delivery, risks, milestones and quality
  • Ensure compliance with ICH GCP and applicable global regulations
  • Work cross-functionally across Clinical, Medical, Regulatory, CMC, Quality and Data
  • Support inspection readiness and TMF oversight

What We're Looking For in an Associate Director, Clinical Operations:

  • 8+ years' experience in clinical operations within biotech, pharma or CRO
  • Strong experience leading clinical trials
  • Strong protocol development and operational planning experience
