Eblex Group is supporting a growing rare disease biotech in the search for an Associate Director, Clinical Operations to support the delivery of its clinical development programmes.
This is a broad, hands-on role within a lean biotech environment, working closely with Clinical Development, Medical, Regulatory, CMC, Quality and external partners to deliver clinical studies from planning through to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead clinical operations across assigned rare disease clinical trials
- Lead CRO selection, oversight and vendor management
- Oversee study delivery, risks, milestones and quality
- Ensure compliance with ICH GCP and applicable global regulations
- Work cross-functionally across Clinical, Medical, Regulatory, CMC, Quality and Data
- Support inspection readiness and TMF oversight
What We're Looking For:
- 8+ years' experience in clinical operations within biotech, pharma or CRO
- Strong experience leading clinical trials
- Strong protocol development and operational planning experience
