Role Overview: As a Procurement Operating Partner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering best-in-class Marketing Procurement strategies for EBIT and our clients. You will partner closely with senior stakeholders to assess their end-to-end marketing requirements, building clear, insight-driven plans that enhance commercial performance, drive innovation, and unlock value across their agency ecosystem.
You will lead sourcing activity for all above-the-line and below-the-line marketing categories such as Creative and Media Agencies, Digital content development and management, Digital Asset management, email service providers, social media management, marketing platforms, Events, Production, Signage, MarTech, and any other general marketing spend. - Location: Remote/client sites or Hybrid in the office in Poundbury
- Benefits: 25 days annual leave + bank holidays, Pension (Nest), Flexible Benefits package
What We’re Looking For: You will lead end-to-end Marketing Procurement for EBIT and its clients, driving sourcing strategies, supplier selection, agency rationalisation, and high-value contracts across all marketing categories. Using market intelligence on trends, pricing, capacity, and innovation, you will optimise spend, manage agency performance, mitigate risks, and deliver a forward-looking pipeline of procurement projects.
You will maintain strong stakeholder relationships, provide clear reporting, and ensure client satisfaction while following governance processes and proactively anticipating risks and opportunities. The ideal candidate will bring senior-level Marketing Procurement expertise across Creative, Media, Content, MarTech, and Print, with experience within the publishing sector.
You will have gravitas and confidence to influence at C-suite level, exceptional organisational, commercial and strategic thinking skills, and the ability to communicate, negotiate, and deliver at pace. Solutions-focused, adaptable, and relationship-oriented, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment and hold a full UK driving licence.
If you are a strategic, disciplined professional who delivers with consistency, thinks several moves ahead, navigates complexity with precision, and isn’t afraid to push hard to secure results, and thrives on stakeholder engagement this is the role for you.
