What We’re Looking For: A proven commercially focused procurement professional to join our high-performing team. In this role you will deliver end-to-end procurement activity, from defining sourcing strategies and managing supplier selection to contract negotiation and ongoing performance management. Leveraging market intelligence and data-driven insights, you will optimise spend, identify efficiencies, and deliver measurable benefits. You will work closely with EBIT’s clients to assess their procurement requirements and deliver clear, insight-driven plans that drive performance, efficiency, and commercial value across all indirect category spend. Acting as the primary point of contact for supplier performance, you will resolve issues and ensure delivery meets client and EBIT objectives with the confidence to engage at C-level and board level.

Role Overview: As an Indirect Category Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering best-in class strategic and commercially focused procurement across all indirect categories. In this role, you will work closely with our clients to assess their procurement needs and deliver clear, insight-driven plans that enhance performance, innovation, and commercial value across all relevant categories. The role is classified as remote; however, the successful candidate will be required to attend client sites a minimum of two days per week.
You will deliver sourcing strategies across all indirect categories, bringing market intelligence, trends, pricing benchmarks, and innovation insights to clients. Acting as the primary point of contact for supplier performance, you will provide expert guidance on efficiency, feasibility, and process improvements, helping clients develop cost-effective solutions and deliver measurable benefits. You will have the confidence to challenge the status quo, simplify processes, and drive transformation, working closely with leadership and C-suite stakeholders.
