As a Client Partner, you are the face of Ebiquity to your clients. You are the trusted advisor, commercial lead and relationship owner, building long-term partnerships that help clients maximise the value of their media investments and achieve their business ambitions. You are passionate about clients and energised by developing relationships, creating opportunities and delivering commercial impact. You thrive on understanding your clients' challenges, asking the right questions and bringing together Ebiquity's expertise to solve their most important business problems. Working across a portfolio of strategic accounts, you combine deep media knowledge with commercial acumen to help clients understand not only what is happening, but why it matters and what they should do next. You turn complex analysis into clear, actionable recommendations that influence decision-making and drive growth. As the primary commercial contact for your clients, you are constantly looking for opportunities to deepen relationships, expand Ebiquity's services and create value for both your clients and the business. You play an active role in winning new clients, representing Ebiquity in the market and championing our independent, insight-led approach. Internally, you collaborate across teams to ensure clients benefit from the full breadth of Ebiquity's capabilities, while maintaining the highest standards of delivery, commercial discipline and client experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Revenue growth and new business
    • Deliver profitable revenue growth across an agreed portfolio of clients, with a clear-eyed focus on commercial impact alongside client value.
    • Spot and develop opportunities to deepen client relationships across Media Performance, Effectiveness, and the broader Ebiquity offer.
    • Play an active and visible role in new business, from early prospecting through to RFP responses, proposal writing, and pitch delivery.
  • Strategic client partnership
    • Build genuine, senior-level relationships with client stakeholders, becoming the advisor they want in the room for the conversations that matter.
    • Keep the focus of all deliverables and insight on strategic outcomes, not just measurement for its own sake.
    • Develop a deep understanding of your clients' businesses, their operating models, and the internal pressures they are navigating.
    • Provide clear, credible, evidence-based recommendations that help clients cut through complexity and make better decisions.
    • Challenge clients and their agencies constructively when it serves their interests, because that is what a trusted partner does.
  • Account and project management
    • Take ownership of project delivery across your portfolio, keeping work on time, on budget, and within scope.
    • Use project management processes and tools to maintain commercial rigour and keep internal teams aligned.
  • Building Ebiquity's reputation and brand
    • Contribute to thought leadership and represent Ebiquity as a credible media expert at industry events and client forums.
    • Foster a collaborative, positive environment within the Client Success team.
    • Build strong relationships across the business, particularly with Marketing Effectiveness and other specialist teams, so that clients experience a joined-up Ebiquity rather than a series of separate conversations.
    • Communicate with confidence and clarity across senior internal and external audiences.
