This role provides strategic, actionable advice to Ebiquity’s most senior clients across digital media, effectiveness, and performance measurement. The Digital Insights Partner integrates media performance and marketing effectiveness thinking to move client outputs beyond reporting into clear commercial recommendations, supporting clients’ internal prioritisation, decision-making, and transformation agendas. The role carries responsibility for quality assurance, team leadership, new business development, and external thought leadership, and is recognised internally and externally as a centre of digital media expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver strategic advice to senior client stakeholders across digital media, effectiveness, and media performance, translating complex data into prioritised, commercially-focused recommendations.
- Lead the integration of Marketing Effectiveness and Media Performance outcomes within the "Metrics That Matter" workstream.
- Act as a trusted advisor to strategic clients, influencing media, marketing, and investment decisions.
- Build strong senior relationships, developing a deep understanding of clients’ businesses, operating models, and strategic priorities.
- Challenge clients and agencies constructively to improve outcomes and drive change.
- Own quality assurance of digital and effectiveness insight outputs, ensuring consistency, clarity, and strategic value.
- Act as a superuser of Ebiquity’s digital, media, and effectiveness tools and methodologies.
- Lead the development of best practices in digital insight, effectiveness measurement, and performance interpretation.
- Contribute to the evolution of Ebiquity’s digital and effectiveness propositions and frameworks.
- Represent Ebiquity as a digital expert at industry events, conferences, and client forums, and contribute to thought leadership and profile-raising activities.
- Support profitable revenue growth across an agreed portfolio of strategic clients, identifying opportunities to extend engagements across Media Performance and other Ebiquity service lines.
- Support new business development activity including prospecting, RFP responses, proposal writing, and pitch delivery.
- Partner with Client Partners and Sales to articulate Ebiquity’s integrated digital, media, and effectiveness proposition.
- Lead and support sub‑team(s) delivering digital and effectiveness insights.
- Set clear objectives and priorities aligned to client and business needs.
- Monitor delivery quality, timelines, and KPIs, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members, acting as a role model for strategic thinking and client engagement.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
You are a senior digital leader with at least 10 years’ relevant experience, combining strong digital media knowledge with strategic consultancy capability. You bring:

- Proven experience providing strategic advice to senior client stakeholders and a track record of delivering high-quality, insight-led work.
- Confidence in challenging agencies and clients constructively on performance and effectiveness.
