Join Ebbsfleet Green Primary School as a Teaching Assistant (SEND). Hours: 27.5 hours per week; Mon, Tues, Thurs & Friday 8:30 - 4:30; Wednesday 8:30 - 4:30. Contract: Permanent. Time Only: 39 weeks per year. Start Date: September 2026. Actual Salary: Grade D2 4-11 £16,029.78 - £18,232.36.

Who You Are

  • Passionate about making a difference to children with SEND
  • Experienced in supporting pupils with ASD, speech and language needs, SEMH, or other additional needs
  • Ideally qualified to at least NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent), with strong literacy and numeracy skills
  • Proactive, flexible, and able to work well as part of a team
  • Calm, empathetic, and resilient under pressure
  • Committed to continuous professional development
