We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic person to join our team as a Site Manager in Cambridge. The site manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the camp, ensuring the safety and well-being of all campers and staff, and maintaining a positive and supportive environment for all participants.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with children, as well as strong leadership and organizational skills. This role will involve leading Holiday Camps at one of our new locations in Cambridge at Stephen Perse Foundation during the main school holidays. The successful candidate needs to demonstrate enthusiasm, a ‘can do’ attitude, and initiative. We provide full training and ongoing support.
An Enhanced DBS check will be required for this role. A full driving licence and your own vehicle is essential. A Paediatric First Aid qualification is also essential.
Working hours:
- Holiday Club hours will be 8:00am – 6:00pm, 5 days a week.
- Other sessions may be available, running at other times of the day and can be paired with these sessions.
