We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic person to join our team as a Site Manager. The site manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the camp, ensuring the safety and well-being of all campers and staff, and maintaining a positive and supportive environment for all participants. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children, as well as strong leadership and organizational skills.
- This role will involve leading Holiday Camps at one of our new locations in Cambridge at Stephen Perse Foundation during the main School Holidays.
- The successful candidate needs to demonstrate enthusiasm, a ‘can do’ attitude and initiative. We provide full training and ongoing support.
- An Enhanced DBS check will be required for this role.
- A full driving licence and your own vehicle is essential.
- A Paediatric First Aid qualification is also essential.
Working hours:
- Holiday Club hours will be 8:00am – 6:00pm, 5 days a week.
- Other sessions may be available. These run at other times of the day and can be paired with these sessions.
