- MOT Tester / NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
- Full driving licence

Responsibilities include:
- A high standard of vehicle servicing, repairs and exceptional quality of workmanship to ensure total customer satisfaction at all times
- Repair and service of all vehicles to meet or exceed the Company’s and manufacturer’s requirements in terms of both quality and efficiency
- Ensure all necessary paperwork relating to Warranty, repair and service is accurate, detailed and meets with the Company’s and manufacturer’s requirements
- Identify opportunities to undertake additional work that is in the interest and safety of the customer to meet the Company’s ‘Duty of Care’ responsibilities.
