We are constantly looking for legal interns (Wahlstation) with an interest in E-Commerce and IP law to strengthen our team on the outskirts of Berlin. eBay is the global online marketplace based in Silicon Valley, offering tailored solutions for successful internet trading in 38 markets worldwide.
Your tasks:
- Questions regarding online law, trademark, copyright, and competition law
- Legal issues arising from relationships between our users
- Legal review of new features at eBay
- Legal trade restrictions
- Preparation and support of court proceedings
What should you bring?
- Excellent exam results
- Affinity for the internet and enthusiasm for E-Commerce and eBay
- Interest in commercial law
- Analytical thinking and structured working style
- Communication skills and team spirit
- Good knowledge of the English language; additional language skills are a plus
