About the team and the role: eBay's UK Head Office is located in Richmond, London, right along the riverside, and is easily accessible from Central London. Our team is composed of individuals from a diverse group of backgrounds, representing many parts of the world. Our UK business is organized into three core teams: Trading and Initiative's Marketing and Comms, Commercial Operations.

As a member of our UK team, you will need to navigate different areas of the business and maintain flexibility in your role. This allows you to embrace new opportunities while benefiting from being part of a large, global company.

What you will achieve:

  • A 22-month full-time program that allows recent graduates to be part of our very successful and innovative business.
  • Three rotations within the core teams where you'll learn about our business, buyers and sellers.

What you will bring:

  • Recent Graduates (Bachelor or Master Degree); graduated between summer 2025 and 2026.
  • A bias for action.
  • A customer first mindset.
  • Demonstrates a keen curiosity about e-commerce through buying and selling on diverse online platforms.
  • Flexibility to navigate a constantly evolving ecommerce landscape.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to build excellent relationships.
  • A good use of Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • A data savvy approach.

Timeframes: We plan to notify shortlisted candidates by mid December. Offers will be extended by end of February 2026 with a start date set for September 2026. The selection process consists of three stages: an online behavioral assessment combined with verbal and numerical tests, a pre-recorded video interview, and an on-site assessment center in Richmond.

Rotations: Your rotations will span three business areas, with placement in the team that best aligns with your skills. You'll rotate through three of the following areas: Trading and Initiative's Marketing and Comms, Commercial Operations.
