About the Role and Team:
We are looking for an Enterprise Account Manager to join us on a 1 year fixed term contract. We are seeking a data-driven and commercially astute Account Manager to join eBay’s UK Enterprise Seller Development team to focus on the Media and Collectibles categories. This is a vital role within our organisation, dedicated to driving strategic growth in some of eBay’s most important areas.
What you will accomplish:
- Drive performance by setting and achieving targets for GMV, CSAT, and Revenue through data-led strategies.
- Manage top enterprise accounts with a strategic focus, leading contract negotiations, QBRs, and seller advocacy.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with category leaders and other teams to align priorities and launch growth-driving initiatives.
- Support operational excellence by partnering on seller segmentation, performance tracking, and agile strategy updates.
What you will bring:
- Experience in account management would be ideal.
- Collaborator coordination and teamwork experience.
- Strong analytical approach with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Effective communicator with experience representing organisations externally.
- Familiarity with the ecommerce, Media or Collectibles sectors is a plus.
- Comfortable working with data to make business decisions.
