About the team and the roleThe Junior Paid Media Planner plays a key support role within the media planning team, helping to execute successful media campaigns across the UK and DE regions. You’ll work closely with performance marketing teams and creative agencies and report into the senior media planning team. The position offers the opportunity to build foundational experience in digital marketing while developing hands-on skills across media platforms.
What you will accomplish- Support the senior media planning team in campaign setup, media optimization for the UK and DE regions and key partnerships.
- Assist with stakeholder coordination and cross-team collaboration to ensure timely and effective campaign execution.
- Conduct market research and contribute insights to media strategy and regional campaign planning.
- Participate in performance analysis and reporting, gathering data and generating insights to inform future campaigns.
- Contribute to innovation and testing initiatives aimed at improving campaign performance.
- Learn and apply digital tools such as Google Ads and Meta, with training and development support provided.
- A strong interest in digital marketing and media planning.
