- Identifying mechanics to drive enthusiast buyer health
- Working with Analytics to track Buyer Health and understand most impactful levers
- Working with CRM and Buyer Success teams to drive enthusiast engagement (and strategy-aligned enthusiasts) throughout the funnel and across owned channels
- Improving end to end experience for our buyers and Buyer CSAT drivers
- Understanding drivers of CSAT issues and building plans to address them
