- What You Will Accomplish
- Run diagnostic software on electronic devices to evaluate their functions, including battery health, carrier status and other checks
- Perform inspections to confirm the item's description and condition are consistent
- Report counterfeit items with succinct and specific findings
- Assess multiple electronic devices in parallel
- Work comfortably in a fast-paced facility environment
- Achieve quality metrics and productivity goals daily
- Proactively communicate with managers about daily activities and obstacles
- Be willing to work in a warehouse environment
- Assist in other areas of the warehouse as needed
- What You Will Bring
- Experience in warehousing, shipping, receiving, electronics inspection, refurbishment or repair, or a related field
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to research and address concerns
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Flexibility to adapt to evolving workflows and responsibilities
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work autonomously
- Capacity to work on your feet for several hours
- Knowledge of standard operating systems, word processing, spreadsheets and Slack
- Must be 18 years of age or over
