  • What You Will Accomplish
  • Run diagnostic software on electronic devices to evaluate their functions, including battery health, carrier status and other checks
  • Perform inspections to confirm the item's description and condition are consistent
  • Report counterfeit items with succinct and specific findings
  • Assess multiple electronic devices in parallel
  • Work comfortably in a fast-paced facility environment
  • Achieve quality metrics and productivity goals daily
  • Proactively communicate with managers about daily activities and obstacles
  • Be willing to work in a warehouse environment
  • Assist in other areas of the warehouse as needed
  • What You Will Bring
  • Experience in warehousing, shipping, receiving, electronics inspection, refurbishment or repair, or a related field
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to research and address concerns
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Flexibility to adapt to evolving workflows and responsibilities
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Capacity to work on your feet for several hours
  • Knowledge of standard operating systems, word processing, spreadsheets and Slack
  • Must be 18 years of age or over
