  • Build and develop consumable frameworks for translating product strategy into measurable financial reports, providing key insights and supporting faster decision making.
  • Lead all aspects of short and long-range financial planning and headcount allocation.
  • Deliver monthly and quarterly analysis and reporting of the business' financial results including variances to plan, ensuring key issues, risks, and business drivers are understood and highlighted; proactively engage in working with the business to make trade-offs.
  • Contributing to organic and inorganic business opportunities by collaborating with the Business, Strategy & Corporate Development team in any Build/Partner/Buy analysis.
  • Manage, encourage, develop and continue to grow a high-performing team that supports these existing organisations.
  • Partner with the broader Finance team, as well as other stakeholders on cross-functional initiatives.

What You Will Bring:

  • Advanced degree in Business, Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience.
  • Experience leading a global finance function at director level, with a preference for ecommerce experience.
  • Track record of close partnership with C-suite/senior level executives and ability to influence and help lead the business.
  • Experience working cross-functionally, both inside and outside of Finance, to collaboratively develop business and investment plans.
  • Highly analytical with excellent problem-solving skills and ability to use data and insights to drive decisions.
  • Extensive experience aligning investment of resources against a company's business strategy and objectives.
  • Ability to translate complex business operating models and operational indicators into financial performance.
