  • Develop and support strategies that drive program adoption, GMV, revenue growth and customer satisfaction across eBay shipping solutions.
  • Identify and prioritise growth levers across product, marketing, seller education, buyer and seller journeys, incentives, operations and partner channels.
  • Use customer insight, performance data and market signals to identify priority segments, adoption barriers and opportunities to improve journeys and messaging.
  • Design onboarding, education and adoption programmes that help sellers realise greater value from eBay shipping solutions.
  • Partner cross‑functionally with Product, Engineering, Operations and Go-to‑Market teams to deliver roadmap execution, operational readiness and market strategy implementation.
  • Identify experience gaps across the end‑to‑end shipping journey and collaborate with teams to deliver improvements for sellers and buyers.

What You Will Bring

  • 5+ years’ experience in programme management, business strategy, growth, product, marketplace operations or a related field.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, cross‑functional initiatives and deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with confidence using data, customer insight and market evidence to shape decisions.
  • Experience driving growth, adoption and business performance in complex environments, including helping customers adopt a product, service or behaviour.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication and organisational skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and explain complex topics clearly.
  • Comfortable working through ambiguity, running tests or pilots, and turning insight into clear actions, recommendations and execution plans.
