- Build and lead shared business strategies with partners, including commercial and incentive models, co-marketing initiatives, and measurable growth objectives aligned with eBay priorities.
- Generate and develop partner-led opportunities by activating demand-generation programs and collaborating across teams to convert pipeline into seller growth.
- Build positive relationships with partner business, product, and technical teams to influence product roadmaps, strengthen eBay integrations, and advocate for API enhancements that improve the seller experience.
- Lead partner negotiations and the end-to-end delivery of critical initiatives, coordinating with product, marketing, legal, analytics, and operations.
- Use partner performance data, market trends, and knowledge of the German ecommerce to find opportunities, address structural barriers, and shape eBay's partnership strategy in Germany.
What you will bring

- Strong commercial skills, including experience developing joint business plans, incentive structures, co-marketing or partner enablement programs, and go-to-market initiatives.
- Knowledge of the German ecommerce landscape and partner ecosystem, including relevant software and service providers; experience in marketplaces, ecommerce, SaaS, internet services, retail technology, or seller tools is helpful.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decisions, assess performance, and identify growth opportunities.
- Strong partner management, communication, and presentation skills, with experience collaborating across product, marketing, legal, and analytics and building trusted relationships.
