You will be part of the 'Seller Engagement' team in Dreilinden, focusing on exciting projects and programmes related to commercial selling on eBay. In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive innovation and growth in an important area: the Seller Community. This involves communication and marketing campaigns and building a seller community for eBay in Germany. The team's mission is to activate, engage, and retain professional sellers by clearly, consistently, and measurably communicating eBay's strategic priorities in the German market.

Responsibilities:

  • You will work independently with cross-functional teams within the German and global eBay teams, supporting holistic project implementations and communications from start to project completion.
  • Contributing to the conceptualisation and implementation of Go-To-Market activities for key strategic focuses for commercial sellers.
  • Supporting campaign management, content planning, and publication for various topics in the B2B channel.
  • Creating weekly reports, e.g., on marketing campaigns, channels, and seller insights.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent academic performance (Bachelor/Master), preferably in Business Administration, Computer Science, Marketing, Communication, etc.
  • Good understanding of E-Commerce, Marketing, and Project Management.
  • Strong organisational skills and motivation to learn in a dynamic, global environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in cross-team stakeholder management.
  • Outstanding written and verbal presentation skills and active documentation of activities and results.
  • Fluent in German and very good English skills in spoken and written form (at least C1 level).
  • Knowledge of Monday, Figma, Excel, and PowerPoint is a plus.
