About the role and the team:
The Business Development Coordinator for eBay Live is critical in supporting the platform's growth and scalability. This role focuses on managing the global seller pipeline, qualifying high-potential applicants, and driving seller activation through lead vetting, cross-functional collaboration, and process optimization.
What you will accomplish:
- Top-of-Funnel & Pipeline Management
- Drive platform growth by stack-ranking applicants based on engagement, live-selling presence, category needs, and audience size to prioritize high-value candidates.
- Create and manage leads in HIVE/Salesforce for the BD team, focusing on seller qualification, prioritizing based on category strategy and demand and business needs.
- Maintain the health of the funnel by evaluating seller applications weekly, producing at least 10% leads.
- Own the seller application denial process, enhancing candidate communications and feedback loops in collaboration with GCX and Seller Success.
- Cross-Functional Operations & Global Seller Success Support
- Partner with CRM, Operations, Marketing, Programming and Global Seller Success to support seller journeys and resolve issues.
- Co-lead strategic cross-functional initiatives in support of global Business Development, collaborating with third-party resources and data enrichment programs to effectively source leads and drive seller acquisition.
- Reporting, Automation & SOP Development
- Utilize reporting for top-of-funnel metrics and deliver updates in weekly meetings, covering application volumes and qualification rates.
- Optimize and develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for lead vetting, candidate prioritization, and sourcing strategy to ensure consistency and efficiency in the recruitment process.
- Strategic & Operational Support
- Contribute to the process for both cold and scaled outreach, as well as direct campaigns aimed at sourcing eBay Live candidates from the existing seller base on eBay.co.uk.
- Collaborate with leadership to build a comprehensive BD playbook and streamline global vetting processes.

- 1-2 years experience in project coordination
