What your day-to-day will look like:
- Provide legal advice in the labor law area, including preparing legal opinions and coordinating with local external counsel on labor matters;
- Manage labor litigation, including reports and interface with external law firms;
- Develop strategies for settlements, crisis management, and related labor matters.
What you need to shine in this role:
- Law degree with active bar association registration;
- Extensive experience in Corporate Labor Law;
- Proven experience working in in-house legal departments of large companies;
- Strong problem-solving and results-driven mindset;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Fluency in English.
Bonus points if you have:
- Spanish or proficiency in other languages;
- International experience;
- Experience dealing with unions;
- Experience in the payments, financial services, or related industries;
- Experience in a law firm.
