At EBANX’s IT team you don’t just manage systems and infrastructure. You ensure that our technology, which connects millions of people to global companies, runs flawlessly every day. What your day-to-day will look like:
- Monitor and manage the internet link, ensuring stable and continuous connectivity
- Support the internal network, focusing on the configuration and maintenance of access points (APs)
- Manage IT assets, controlling inventory and the equipment lifecycle
- Provide support for on-site corporate events, ensuring the required infrastructure is in place
- Deliver priority support to company executives (VIP)
- Perform the onboarding process for new employees, configuring devices via Autopilot for Windows and Mac (iOS)
- Ensure proper and secure formatting of IT devices
- Apply ITIL framework principles to ensure quality and efficiency in support processes
- Use the ServiceNow platform for configuration, implementations, catalog creation, and API integrations
- Collaborate with different organizational levels, maintaining clear and objective communication
- Act proactively, focusing on service excellence and meeting the agreed SLAs for IT support and demands
- Provide support for Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), configuring identity synchronization, user and group management, conditional access policies, and multifactor authentication (MFA), as well as applying security configurations to protect the cloud infrastructure
- Support the administration of Google Workspace, including account creation and maintenance, permission control, application of security policies, and user support for tools such as Google Drive, Gmail, and Google Meet
What you need to shine in this role:
- Proven experience in technology infrastructure and support
- Knowledge of networks, firewalls, and information security
- Ability to manage devices via Windows and Mac Autopilot
- Knowledge of the ITIL framework and its best practices
- Experience with the ServiceNow platform (configuration, implementation, and integration)
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to support all levels of the company, with a focus on VIP support
- Proactivity and commitment to excellence in service delivery
