Shift work + Monday - Friday | No Nights

Our client is seeking a skilled and proactive Engineer to join their on-site team, supporting all maintenance and engineering tasks across their operation.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Carrying out PPMs and reactive maintenance
  • Supporting new installations, equipment upgrades, and infrastructure works
  • Fault finding and repairs (electrical & mechanical)
  • Driving continuous improvement in reliability and performance
  • Working closely with the Senior Engineer to ensure smooth shift handovers
  • Monitoring safety risks and ensuring compliance with H&S standards
  • Assisting with contractor oversight and site safety

What we’re looking for:

  • Recognised electrical or mechanical qualification (e.g. C&G)
  • Multi-skilled – ideally with experience in both trades
  • Fault-finding skills down to component level
  • Experience with pneumatics, hydraulics, steam systems (desirable)
  • Flexible and self-motivated with strong communication skills
  • Able to work shifts and respond to emergency breakdowns
