About the role
Weβre looking for a highly organised and proactive Office Manager to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of a busy and fast-paced office. Youβll support three senior directors by managing diaries, coordinating travel, handling basic accounts and admin, and overseeing customer order processing.
This is a hands-on, standalone role with no direct reports β ideal for someone who thrives on organisation, variety, and making things run like clockwork.
Key responsibilities
β’ Diary & travel coordination β Manage and prioritise multiple calendars, schedule meetings, arrange travel, accommodation, and expenses.
β’ Office operations β Be the go-to person for the office; oversee supplies, post, couriers, facilities and basic H&S checks.
β’ Accounts & finance admin β Process purchase orders, invoices, expenses, and supplier bills; assist with reconciliations and reporting.
β’ Order processing & administration β Manage customer orders from input to delivery, maintaining accurate systems and records.
β’ Documentation & compliance β Prepare proposals, quotes, and client packs; keep contracts, insurance records and policies up to date.
β’ Executive support β Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, track actions, and maintain efficient information flow.
What youβll bring
β’ Previous experience as an Office Manager, Operations Administrator, PA/EA, or similar.
β’ Excellent organisational and multitasking skills with sharp attention to detail.
β’ Confident communicator who can prioritise and work independently.
β’ Proficient with MS Office/Google Workspace and familiar with CRM/shared systems.
β’ Basic bookkeeping and invoice/expense experience (Xero/Sage/QuickBooks a bonus).
β’ Professional, discreet and reliable under pressure.
Nice to have
β’ Experience scheduling engineers, field teams or logistics.
β’ Familiarity with order-to-cash or ERP systems.
β’ Full UK driving licence.
