Our Client is looking for a motivated Account Manager to join their Business Support team. As the first point of contact for clients, resellers, and prospects, youβll provide top-quality account management while proactively consulting on their Technology & Telecoms needs.
What Youβll Do:
β Build and maintain strong client relationships
β Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and attract new business
β Conduct regular business reviews with clients and resellers
β Cross-sell and up-sell products and services
β Take ownership of renewals and client retention
What they\’re Looking For:
β Sales experience, ideally in telecoms or ICT
β Strong communication and relationship-building skills
β Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet sales targets
β Experience with Salesforce (advantageous)
β A valid driving licence
