To assist, under supervision, in providing a professional service to clients on all aspects of the buying, selling and leasing process, including legal issues, finances and contracts in line with Eatons policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting fee earners in the smooth running of cases by drafting relevant documents throughout the process.
- Carrying out searches and reporting to the fee earner.
- Communicating with agents, other solicitors and third parties.
- Compliance with office policies and procedures and the use of standard systems and templates.
- Accurate preparation of completions statements, invoices in accordance with accounting procedures.
- Assisting in keeping the client updated throughout the process.

- Working knowledge of case management systems, diaries and tasks.

- Commercial 1+ years preferred.
