The predicted salary is between 25000 - 32000 £ per year.
Responsible for carrying out secondary operations and producing parts to the required quality and organisational standards while controlling materials required for production, observing our "I choose zero" safety culture.
Undertake manual assembly, secondary operations, etc. for which training has been given.
Carry out measurement and testing of parts where required.
Operate greasing, rumbling, granulating, drying and other machinery for which training has been given.
Adhere to standard operating policies and procedures, contributing to the achievement of departmental goals and targets (production efficiency, inventory, tidiness & cleanliness, etc.).
Monitor output and record all information on the relevant documentation (using MTM where appropriate).
Adhere to order quantities, dates, etc. to meet delivery times and customer requirements.
Ensure that lean manufacturing standards (5S+, documentation standards, standardised working methods, etc.) are observed and sustained.
Communicate problems affecting the role or responsibilities to the supervisor.
