You will be part of a team to manufacture \’Bellow and Gimbals\’ from raw material through to completion to send to the customer. Competent to use hand tools Bellows manufacture Lathe Turning Integrals Lathe Turning Trent Resistance Welding Testing Gimbal Assy Brazing Seam Weld Tig Welding Trent Resistance Welding Electron Beam Welding Aluminium Welding RR Assy NDT and X-Ray The applicant must be able to interpret drawings and have the necessary skills to build Aerospace product with the use of an SOP. Has responsibility for quality and performance of all products within the incumbents declared capability. Other duties will include involvement in 5S and lean manufacturing activities and at times participate in 8D investigations. The applicant must be diligent and able to work to small tolerances as well as gain a \”stamp\” to sign off their work to confirm it has been completed in accordance with all relevant specifications. Ability to read assembly drawings and interpret Production
Acceptance Test requirements for test set up configuration. Ability to work closely within a team environment and contribute effectively to problem solving activities.
