As a member of the Technical Publications and Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) team, you will be responsible for producing and maintaining clear, accurate, and high-quality documentation that supports our Air-to-Air Refuelling and Weapons Carriage & Release systems. These deliverables must comply with EATON MSD guidelines, customer contract requirements, and international technical authoring standards.
Key responsibilities include:

Generate, edit, and manage a wide range of technical documents including Equipment Maintenance Manuals, Operating Instructions, Data Modules, Component Maintenance Manuals, Service Bulletins, and Information Letters

Ensure all documentation is delivered to the required quality standards, timelines, and authoring specifications, including compliance reviews of work produced by colleagues and vendor partners

Collaborate with internal and external subject matter experts to validate technical content and incorporate product updates

Support ongoing documentation improvement initiatives through effective stakeholder engagement and process review

Minimum: GCSE-level education

At least 7 years of experience in aerospace technical authoring or integrated logistics support (ILS)

Proven proficiency in Simplified Technical English, Adobe FrameMaker, and S1000D
