What youll do: As an APLM, you are the point of contact for the EMEA Product Line Manager and the sales teams - with particular responsibility in the following areas:
Special focus on building support systems and accessoires portfolio in Europe. General support for the full B-line list pricing & calculation sheet, Training (customer, sales, customer seminars), Quality issue commercial support, Technical questions, Support with key orders, Product line financial questions/issues. Focusing on ensuring we maximize business opportunities, profitability, and growth of the B0-Line product line. Product Development: Assisting in the development and management of B-line strut support, fasteners and accessoires porfolio, ensuring products meet safety standards and IEC and NEMA regulations. Ensuring product fit and material information for hte channel parnership Full B-line portfolio KARs:
Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Conducting market research to identify trends and needs, and analyzing the competitive landscape. Customer Support and Consultation: Supporting the sales team in advising customers, answering technical questions, and providing information on product applications and benefits. Project Management: Coordinating projects for new product introductions or improvements, including planning, monitoring, and reporting. Training and Education: Conducting training sessions for internal teams and customers. Documentation and Reporting: Creating and maintaining product documentation, technical specifications, and reports focussing on Europe requirements Qualifications:
Engineering Bachelor degree or comparable education Minimum of 2-4 years experience preferred Skills:
Fluent English with other languages an advantage Technical/product appreciation and an understanding of value-adding technical products would also be beneficial Having a good handle of technical aspects and electrical basics, including NPI and system design understanding. Advanced use of Microsoft programs, SAP Strong communicator with advanced commercial / numerical and presentation skill sets Ability to work withwith cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and marketers What We Offer
