This state-of-the-art site will serve as the Centre of Excellence for aerospace manufacturing across Europe, marking a new era of innovation and excellence. What you'll do:
- The Production Scheduler Lead role in Titchfield provides first line leadership for all production schedulers across Titchfield, ensuring effective execution of the Master Production Schedule (MPS), achieving customer delivery commitments, driving schedule attainment, and building a highly capable scheduling organization.
- The role is accountable for the end-to-end execution of the production schedule across our OE and Aftermarket value streams, and ensures customer demand is translated into realistic, executable production schedules that maximises On-Time Delivery (OTD), schedule adherence, inventory performance, and operational efficiency.
- Lead and develop the Production Scheduling Team across our OE and Aftermarket Value Streams.
- Adhere and align to MPS (Master Production Schedule) and lead weekly schedule reviews, recovery reviews, bottleneck reviews, and arrears recovery planning and escalate execution issues to the Network Scheduler team as required.
- Fine plan and schedule supply orders according to demand priorities and inventory targets for 04-week outlook.
- Continue to develop the team and streamline the team's workloads for optimal effectiveness through adherence to leader standard work and tiered accountability process.
- Drive employee engagement, coaching, development, and career progression through the effective use of continuous feedback, 1:1s, goals, development plans and engagement activities.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with key internal stakeholders to identify and support implementing RCCAs for product missing On Time Delivery to customer.
Skills:
- Experience in Materials Planning or Master Scheduling.
- Extensive knowledge of ERP systems. MfgPro experience is preferred.
- Strong collaborative style and stakeholder management ability.
- Experience in managing a team, or possesses strong leadership attributes and effective communication skills.
