What You'll Do

Continuous Improvement Specialist – Pricing is responsible for driving systematic, data‑driven improvements across pricing processes, tools, and governance within ES EMEA.

Strategic mindset with the ability to connect process improvement initiatives to commercial outcomes, including revenue growth, margin improvement, pricing excellence, and customer experience.

  • Analyze end‑to‑end pricing processes (pricing governance, approvals, business analytics, budgeting, CPQ and price execution) to identify inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities
  • Design and implement standardized, scalable pricing process improvements across regions
  • Reduce manual workarounds, exceptions, and rework through simplification and automation
  • Ensure continuous alignment between pricing strategy, policy definition, and operational execution

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in Pricing (Finance or Sales on top of pricing is an advantage)

Skills

  • Strong understanding of pricing processes, pricing governance, and commercial operations.
  • Ability to balance process efficiency with business, customer, and profitability objectives.
  • Understanding of quote-to-order and price management processes.
  • Proven ability to identify process inefficiencies, root causes, and improvement opportunities across end-to-end business processes.
  • Experience leading cross-functional transformation initiatives and driving sustainable adoption of new ways of working.
  • Strong change management skills with the ability to manage stakeholder resistance and influence behavioral change.
  • Technical & Analytical Skills: Strong technical expertise, preferably with hands-on experience in SAP, CPQ, or related enterprise systems.
  • Solid analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable business recommendations.
  • Practical experience applying continuous improvement methodologies, such as Lean, Value Stream Mapping, and process optimization techniques, to drive operational efficiency and business performance.
  • Leadership skills: Proven leadership and management capabilities, with a strong track record of taking initiative, influencing decision-making, and driving results through others.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence, align, and engage stakeholders without direct reporting authority, effectively leading change across diverse cultural, geographic, and organizational environments.
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to build effective partnerships and drive alignment across complex matrix organizations.
