For our EMEA Critical Power Solutions Business Unit, we are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive growth across EMEA within the Data Center space. The role is opened remotely for the following countries: the UK, Ireland, The Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Finland, Sweden, Norway and Denmark. Travel rate is up to 25%.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively initiates and executes CPS business development actions within large Data Center key accounts across EMEA, targeting profitable growth.
  • Establishes a strong framework of cooperation with key account teams and the Data Center sales ecosystem (sales, presales, services, other business units).
  • Drives increased product and application knowledge across the Data Center sales ecosystem through support, training identification, and knowledge sharing.
  • Ensures effective product launches across the region.
  • Acts as the voice of the customer for product management, supporting new product definition within the NPD ProLaunch process.
  • Supports and coaches presales and sales teams in defining optimal product portfolios, value propositions, and positioning.
  • Consolidates market insights including competitive landscape, pricing, and trends, and shares with relevant stakeholders.
  • Collaborates closely with Power Quality Product Managers and other business units to maintain strong alignment with market and customer needs.
  • Owns and manages large key account factory forecasts.
  • Identifies and develops new growth opportunities beyond the current business scope.
Qualifications:
  • University degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent experience; MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in sales, business development, or a related role within the Data Center industry.
  • Solid understanding of electrical equipment requirements in low-voltage applications and Data Centers.
  • Basic knowledge of power electronics.
  • Proven ability to take initiative and work autonomously, with a strong customer-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to think and act strategically.
