The Slough site is a key hub for our UK business, bringing together the UK Sales Organisation alongside several regional and corporate teams. Responsibilities
- Work with stakeholders to turn unclear requests into clear business problems through structured discovery and thoughtful questioning.
- Assess data availability and quality through exploratory analysis, then transform raw data into clean, trusted datasets ready for reporting.
- Design data models that reflect real business logic, not just technical structure.
- Build MVP dashboards early and iterate them in short cycles based on real user feedback.
- Communicate insights clearly and present outcomes to non-technical stakeholders.
- Create well-documented data products and processes so others can understand, trust, and reuse your work.

Qualifications

- Ability to build actionable dashboards using data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau): highlighting the metrics driving decisions and removing unnecessary complexity from the dashboard.
- Ability to structure work as reusable products: documenting logic, calculations, and processes so others can build on your work.
- Working knowledge of descriptive and univariate statistics to explore data, validate insights, and support decision-making.
