Eaton Corporate is looking for a Senior Executive Talent Acquisition Consultant to support the EMEA region. This role offers the flexibility of remote work.
What You’ll Do
As a Senior Executive Talent Acquisition Consultant, your role involves leading and driving executive-level (senior manager, director, vice president, etc.) recruiting efforts from search initiation through successful onboarding. You will work with a research associate to identify target companies and relevant potentials.
You will partner with senior leaders, business partners, and colleagues across various internal functions, including Human Resources, Compensation, Relocation, Immigration, HR Technology, and Information Technology. Your goal is to deliver a "best in class" end-to-end executive recruiting and hiring experience for your internal clients and candidates.
Leveraging systems to identify, engage, and recruit top passive talent is a crucial part of your role. As an advisor, you will present market data and relevant candidates during regularly scheduled status calls with key stakeholders, adhering to confirmed timelines. You will lead a seamless communication process, keeping all relevant parties up to date and collaborating with a Human Resources Business Partner who will help orchestrate the interview team and ensure a "red carpet" experience for candidates and clients.
Additionally, you will collect and disseminate feedback from candidates and business leaders and create and drive the search strategy.
Within a Collaborative Environment You Will
- Lead and manage 15-20 executive searches per year
- Create and define the Search Strategy for each position
- Assess and present high quality executive leadership candidates
- Develop appropriate and consistent communications with internal clients and senior human resource partners to ensure a positive client and candidate experience
- Provide strategic direction and counsel to hiring executives and senior human resources managers regarding recruiting trends, concerns, and possibilities for opportunistic hiring
- Partner with Compensation to provide data that will enable Eaton to negotiate complex offer packages consisting of both short-term and long-term items
- Partner with HR Systems and Business Partners to deliver relevant
- Prepare and present attractive recruitment marketing materials which are appropriate to executive level hiring
- Initiate, coordinate and manage Executive Assessment program
- Effectively utilize comprehensive knowledge of company benefits, general compensation strategies, affirmative action program awareness and recruiting sales techniques
- Develop and maintain a robust network of internal and external relationships; proactively develop an executive talent pipeline
Qualifications
- Experience with a minimum of 10 years of broad and diversified professional / executive level recruiting experience with a track record of success.
- Experience working within a contingent or retained search firm
- Experience in corporate executive recruitment
- Experience leveraging technology to identify and engage external talent.
- Experience with senior level compensation and benefits packages
- Fully knowledgeable of executive recruiting techniques, recruitment plan development, sourcing methods (executive referrals, research, direct sourcing, internet search, executive search firms, etc.), and external agency relationship management.
- Experience in recruiting professionals within the industrial or manufacturing industry preferred but not required.
- Experience using analytics/data/metrics to drive business results and impact business performance.
- Strong client facing capabilities- personable with consultative sales and persuasion skills for reasoning and negotiations.
- You must be passionate, results and process oriented, with deep and diversified experience in full-life cycle executive level recruiting.
