We believe in the power of different perspectives, experiences, and backgrounds to ignite innovation and drive success. We're in the business of empowering people, and that includes you. Your journey here is not just about a job; it's about a shared vision for a brighter, more sustainable future.

Eaton's Global Data Center Segment is one of the company's most dynamic and rapidly evolving businesses, playing a critical role in powering the digital world. With the rise of cloud computing and AI loads and the geometric growth in their scale, data centers are under pressure to be more high-performing, sustainable and cost-effective than ever, without compromising resilience or security. At the same time, new opportunities and revenue streams require faster speed-to-market. With our broad offerings of hardware, software and services spanning power, cooling and structural domains and deep engineering expertise supporting customer solutions integration, we help data centers realize real business benefits today while optimizing their operations for the future.

This role will drive the architecture of the data center's IT module (white space) encompassing high-density IT power and cooling integration and modular deployment strategies to enable faster, safer, and scalable rollout of compute capacity. This resides within the Data Center Architecture Team. The Data Center Architect Team drives end-to-end system reference designs and co-design with customers across a five-block architecture model, ensuring modular, scalable, and integrated solutions across Eaton's data center portfolio.

This position is a senior technical leader within Eaton's Data Center Segment, responsible for developing the structural and systems definition of the IT module including layout, modularization, integration strategy, and scalability. It will help define how white space systems (racks, cooling interfaces, power distribution, containment, cable routing, and controls) come together at the pod level into a repeatable, optimized design. It will serve as the system integrator across all white space components.
