Who are we looking for?

Or perhaps you've worked in a smaller business where your role naturally spans property, finance, suppliers, contracts and general commercial activity.
- More important than having followed a particular career path is that you're:
- Organised, practical and comfortable juggling different priorities
- Numerically confident with good financial administration skills
- Comfortable dealing with tenants, suppliers and contractors
- Able to work independently and take genuine ownership
- Commercially aware and confident using your judgement
- Good at building relationships with different types of people
- Naturally inclined to improve systems and processes
- Confident with Excel and comfortable learning new systems
- Happy working in an entrepreneurial environment where things don't always fit neatly into a job description
- Previous property experience would certainly be useful, but we're equally interested in people with a strong finance or commercial background who have the organisation, confidence and common sense to take ownership of the portfolio.
