What You’ll Do
Responsible for leading and managing one or more projects and bids to deliver the agreed scope within planned quality, time, and cost parameters to satisfy the specified requirements and drive customer and stakeholder satisfaction. Motivating the whole team and supply chain to deliver the business case and margins expected.
- Lead and manage projects, ensuring delivery within scope, quality, time, and cost.
- Motivate and direct project teams and supply chains.
- Manage risks, issues, and opportunities proactively.
- Ensure effective communication with stakeholders.
- Plan project activities and resource requirements.
- Manage relationships with key customer personnel.
- Track and report project progress and variances, including financials and risk registers.
- Adhere to project governance and manage scope changes.
Qualifications
- Qualified to deliver CAT 2 projects moving to CAT 1 / minor to major complexity.
- At least 5 years’ experience in cross-functional, integrated project teams.
Skills
- Experience managing CAT 3 projects with proven delivery.
- Strong knowledge of product life cycle and PPM techniques.
- Demonstrable project management experience, including LOW TRL projects.
