What You’ll Do
"General Duties:
- Work with a team of diverse people across all functions within the business
- Contribute and lead real Quality related business projects
- Build relationships with our extended cohort of students that are located across the UK

Day To Day Duties
- Work within the Quality Team to understand how the BMS (Business Management System) is deployed, maintained and coontrolled.
- Learn to conduct audits of key business areas ensuring all process requirements are being met.
- Work with cross functional teams to indentify root cause and corrective actions for seen product and process non conformances.
- Complete, with support as required, Customer Quality investigations to understand their root causes, resolve, prevention and assurance to the Customer.
- Collecte Quality metrics, and understand how they are analysed to monitor performance and drive improvements.
- Shadow our Quality Control team to understand how part inspection and conformity is completed.
- Shadow Supplier Quality team to understand how conformity of incoming product is maintained.
- Writing up quality reports using tools and methodology learnt during the training. "
Qualifications
Undergraduates working towards a minimum of a 2:1 in a related discipline
Skills
- working towards a minimum of a 2:1 in a related discipline
- Some quality experience by way of education or hobby interest
- Good communication and networking skills
Candidates will be:
- Undergraduates working towards a minimum of a 2:1 in a related discipline (mandatory, below this you won`t be considered)
- Based at our Wimborne plant.
- Ready to start in July 2027
- Have legal authorisation to work in the United Kingdom without company sponsorship and where appropriate comply with ITAR regulations (we do not sponsor any type of visa for this internship)
