What You’ll Do

• The Supply Chain Network Scheduler is a key role in the integrated, intelligent and agile supply chain organization, focusing on the 0-3 months execution horizon, owning short term product availability and exception management for FG & semi-finished goods for their value stream across markets where there is an imbalance between supply and demand.
• The Supply Chain Network Scheduler is the primary face of supply for a given value stream, owning capacity & material constraint escalations by leveraging scenario planning and ensuring collaboration between demand and supply stakeholders.
• This role reports into the Network Planner role.
• The Network Scheduler will be responsible for developing timely and accurate plans for finished products at assigned level of the supply network and for short-term finished goods availability in the markets within the 0 to 12 weeks horizon for their portfolio.
• They will achieve this by managing all exceptions in the short-term horizon and collaborating with teams across the Eaton network and external vendors as needed, to identify root causes and drive corrective and preventative actions to solve exceptions.
• Create the Master Production Schedule (MPS).
• Coordinate team of CoE resources (buyers, planners, production schedulers...) to deliver MPS Plan.
• Interface with operations to drive schedule adherence.
• Report and analyze key performance indicators to drive supply network improvements in cash, cost and customer service results.
• Ensure a feasible plan to minimize demand at risk and maximize customer service level while remaining within inventory and cost targets, by creating and analyzing scenarios against a defined scorecard.
• Collaborate effectively with multiple functions to drive improvements across the end-to-end Supply Chain and serve customers efficiently.
• Manage all exceptions in the 0-12 weeks horizon where there is an imbalance in demand and supply, collaborate on root cause analysis and drive corrective actions.
• Ensure capacity shortages are addressed or escalated.
• Evaluate and share the impact of material exceptions on the short-term FG plan with material planners.
• Monitor customer on-time service level and inventory exceptions in the short term.
• Participate in decision making and movement of slow moving inventory within the value stream.
• Monitor planning parameters accuracy by conducting periodic audits and updating ERP as needed.
• Act as primary point of contact for product availability in the value stream.

Qualifications

• Degree level.
• 5+ years of experience.

Skills

• High Microsoft Excel and CoPilot skills.
• Ability to understand complex manufacturing conversations.
• MRP/ERP and supply planning skills.
