This is a remote role with 1-2 office days per month in our Slough office.
What you'll do:
- You will be responsible for driving profitable growth through distributor and partner relationships, using structured portfolio planning, value-based selling, and disciplined pipeline management.
- The role requires a strong commercial mindset, excellent time management, and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain portfolio, territory, and account action plans based on market analysis and customer segmentation.
- Manage accurate forecasting, pipeline visibility, and demand planning to ensure high forecast accuracy.
- Drive lead generation, qualification, and prospect nurturing across assigned channels and territories.
- Plan and execute call cycles, customer engagements, and outbound sales activities.
- Apply value-based selling to uncover customer needs and develop tailored solutions.
- Manage opportunities from initial contact through deal closure and post-sale follow-up.
- Track and advance deals through CRM with disciplined pipeline and risk management.
- Lead partner engagement, including Partner Advantage Program performance and growth initiatives.
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI) adoption by defining targets and driving market uptake.
- Collaborate with customer service and internal teams to manage quality processes, complaints, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in B2B channel sales, account management, or partner sales.
- Industry experience in the electrical, IT, data centre, or industrial technology sectors preferred.
- Proven ability to manage sales pipelines and close opportunities through partners.
