School Finance Administration Assistant in Lyndon

We are seeking to appoint a Finance Administrator 4 days per week/21 Hours per week on a permanent basis. Hours of work will be:

• Monday 1pm to 4pm
• Tuesday 8.30am to 4.30pm
• Wednesday 1pm to 4pm
• Thursday 8.30am to 4.30pm

The successful candidate will work closely with the Business manager to maintain and further develop the school's office. Experience in working in a school finance environment is preferrable but not essential.

• Support the School Business Manager and office team with daily finance tasks, including raising and processing orders.
• have experience of working in a financial role.
• Be able to effectively deal with enquires from pupils, staff, parents and external agencies
• be able to lead on personal development and wellbeing
• contribute to maintaining our high standards of achievement
